Deposit
A security deposit of one months rental is payable upon signing the agreement to rent a storage unit. The deposit, together with any unused rent is refundable after you move out providing you have given two weeks notice.
Minimum Rental Period
The minimum rental period is two weeks.
Notice Period
14 days written notice is required prior to vacating your storage unit.
Insurance
Your goods must be insured to their full replacement value whilst in storage. We can offer you insurance for your goods, please enquire when booking your storage unit for more details.
Identification
The following forms of identification are required when you move in-
• Proof of ID (e.g. Passport or Photocard UK Driving Licence)
• Proof of Address (e.g. Driving Licence, Utility Bill or Bank Statement)
• Bank Account details for Direct Debit Payments (bank statement or cheque book) |
